Review from Etsy: The print quality of the poster was decent. However, it was shipped in a non-rigid cardboard rectangularish ‘box’. Parts of the cardboard packaging were, unsurprisingly, smooshed during transit. As a result, my poster arrived damaged.
Every poster I have ever ordered from other vendors have been shipped in rigid mailing tubes to make sure the posters were protected in transit. I’m a bit bewildered why similar packaging wasn’t used by this vendor.

When we contacted the seller he indicated that even though the poster was untouched and in its original shipping box that we could not return it beyond an arbitrary 7 day return window. To use a “loophole” to prevent a return is not good business, hence this review. There are many other vendors on Etsy who do not restrict customers as does this vendor as they are interested in repeat business. Given this seller’s approach we will never purchase anything from him in the future and other potential customers should be aware that if you don’t return the item within 7 days, you’re stuck with it.
