Delivery and Return Policies

Order Shipment

  • Shipment Timeline: Orders are shipped within 8-10 days, depending on the time of order placement.

Returns

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain goods like downloadable products.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Damaged Goods

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, especially due to printing defects, please contact us immediately at tyler@skrabek.com. Include detailed photos of the damage and the box it arrived in to help us understand the issue better and resolve it promptly.

Sale Items

  • Sale Item Refunds: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping for Returns

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. These costs are non-refundable. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted. Please request a cancellation before the item is dispatched.
