These terms apply when you use skrabek.com or buy from Skrabek Print co. (“we”, “us”), based in Chestermere, Alberta, Canada. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a price or item was listed by mistake, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud, and we’ll refund anything you’ve paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payments are processed by our payment providers.
The prints
Every print is made to order by our print partner. We show the artwork as accurately as we can, but colours on paper can differ a little from your screen, and photos of frames and rooms are there to show the style and size.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
Delivery is covered in our Shipping policy. Returns, refunds, damaged orders and cancellations are covered in Returns & Exchanges.
Artwork and copyright
All artwork, designs, photos and text on this site belong to Skrabek Print co. Buying a print lets you display and enjoy it, but not copy, scan, resell or reproduce the artwork, or use it in other products.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it in bulk or post anything unlawful in comments or reviews. We may remove comments or reviews that break these rules. The print guide is there to help you find prints; its answers are suggestions, and the product page and checkout are the final word on prices and options.
Our responsibility
We’re responsible for getting you the print you ordered, in good condition. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and of Canada.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order. Questions go to hello@skrabek.com.
