Research:

Together with the strategy team, I conducted interviews with staff, customers, and fellow marketers to better understand the pain points and challenges that SPMA was facing. With the help of volunteers we planned, ran and analysed card sorting activities and used the results to plan our prototyping.

Prototyping:

As a result of the card sorting, I developed a site architecture that guided users towards key action points, membership page, job boards, ticket sales, and FUZE conference. Pages are organized as a flat layout, distributing the information among eight distinct page groups ensuring information can be accessed quickly.

Design:

A well-crafted design system allowed for repeatable arrangements on pages  to be easily created and led to a consistent and intuitive user experience. Clear and unobtrusive calls to action help both our client and their customers find the right information.Contact Forms offer a clear and easy method for encouraging conversions and determining how users reached conversions based on page content.

Development:

Due to the site’s features, such as membership sign-ups, ticket sales, events, blogs, and membership portals. With the integration of a custom CMS, our developers were able to tailor the back end of the site to meet the needs of the SPMA staff.
